We never sell, lend or reveal your details to anybody.  100% privacy is guaranteed.

We never give your details away. We use 256 bit encryption to protect your data and thus far we we have been proved to be un-hackable. You information is yours, and will never be used by a third party. We may send you an occasion SMS or email, but if we do it will be for your benefit only, such as a low balance warning, or to let you know there is an update to our software available on Google Play or iTunes. You will never get spammed as a result of anything we have done. We promise. 

The benefit of Zegaphone is that you immediately know who in your contact list on your phone has it, and whether they are available to take a free call SMS or chat. But this does not mean personal information that they don´t already have, your mobile phone number for instance, is in any way shared. 

By default the system allocates you the same Zegaphone number as your existing phone and we do need to access your phone book for this function to work. However, within the application there is an option to decommission your Zegaphone account, and when you do, all data is deleted from our servers, and no historical data is retained.

Zegaphone is  in general is more secure than an ordinary call. 

VoIP calls are extremely hard to intercept and if security is an issue you are safe with Zegaphone.  

Our service is predominantly free. But we are conscientious  people too. 

We may not be able to take full  responsibility for the use or misuse of our service, but if you feel there is something we should do, or not do, please email us using the help! menu option and we will respond.

When you use our Products or Websites, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number.

By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via HELP on the Zegaphone website. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

Zegaphone Inc. will use performance data, including performance statistics, bug fixes and other similar data (“Performance Data”) uploaded to our Websites or acquired through our Products.
